It was a rainy afternoon in September. The sun had set and the clouds were pouring their last drops of despair. We were desperately seeking comfort with each other, with the strangers that surrounded us and with the imaginative umbrella’s we wished we had smuggled inside the open-air festival terrain.
I don’t remember if it was still raining once the band had made its entrance, it probably did… But I don’t remember the rain; I remember the music; the atmosphere; the people; the moments of outmost exhilaration. It was wonderful; a lovely moment to indulge oneself in.
